Our refund policy is 15 Days from receipt of your order. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. Opened cosmetic items cannot be refurbished or resold. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must also be in the original packaging. Outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
